The service was excellent. They were right on time and moved quickly through the job. They pointed out a potential issue with the plumbing setup under my sink, but didn't try to upsell me on the repair right there.
Two days later, I had a problem trying to install new toilets. I called Aardvark again for help and they had someone (David) over there in about 2 hours. He was efficient, professional and very friendly. He quickly identified the problems and fixed them. He also gave me some advice for the next time I run into these issues. He knocked 30 minutes off the bill.
I would definitely recommend going with Aardvark for your plumbing and drain cleaning needs.

They are great. I spend $67 every two weeks. They are completely dependable, on time, very thorough and very professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

This company is by far the best I have found in Kitsap County after several attempts with multiple companies. They have worked for me bi-weekly for 7 months and each clean gets better and better. The staffing is very stable, they are on time and always show up, and overall are very professional. I will continue to use their service and am happy to finally have found the right cleaning company. I personally like the fact that Ragan always sends plenty of people because I have a large house - they are in and out quickly. With a 7 month old and three year old, this is important because I usually go somewhere while they are here.
