I was very impressed with the professional quality of the detailed estimate and then the work that was performed. Ken and his worker, Dave, were exceptionally detail oriented, very courteous and zealous to do a good job. I have never had such good service from any yard crew in the past. I heartily recommend this company.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy at all costs. Anyone who is not
comfortable with clients inspecting their work should not be in
business. In fact he is emotionally unstable.
First they mowed the lawn which was good. Then a few days later they had a couple of unsupervised teenagers goofing around at my house. Their work was poor and they were loud in ways that disturbed my work. I work from home. My first sign that Ken was "not all there" was when I called him and let him know that the workers weren't doing good work and they were goofing off which was disturbing my work. He got defensive and disregarded my concerns.
Next, his team did a nice job on our lawn. However, after the work was completed I walked the yard and noticed there were still weeds in the flower beds. He had already given me the bill and I had even already written the check to give to him. However I called and asked him if he wouldn't mind removing the weeds from the flower beds as originally promised during next week's service and he literally "lost it." He got hostile and defensive. Telling me that I didn't appreciate his work and that there is nothing in the contract that says the beds should be "100% weed free." Next he threatened to file a lien on my property if we didn't pay in 72 hours.
To that I responded that I think it best to end his services and to not come back. I informed him that I would be consulting my attorney regarding the threatened lien. He then threatened to come to my home, and even used violent profanity in multiple subsequent emails. I'm actually a little concerned that he might do something violent...he was that unstable.
The funny part is that I liked the work that his team did on my lawn and just wanted a small amount of weeding done like he had originally promised in the contract. I already had the check for him but when he flew off the handle, i hired an attorney.
Such a waste of my time for such an insignificant small lawn mowing guy.

They tore up all the old grass (or what we called grass). Leveled it to get rid of the slope. Replaced with new grass and beauty bark. Added a brick pathway from the front of the house around the side and into the yard. Added a "fire pit" look to cover the access to the seotic tank.
