Very well. Really nice guys. They told us of 3windows leaking that we had not seen. They saw one roof tile that had been cracked and wood was showing, so needed replacement. Everything they pointed out to us, we appreciated.

As always, the job was done right and in good time. I have used this company for years...and my mom used them before me. Very professional, responsive , friendly, courteous, and very reasonable priced--AND NO--I am not related to any of them, in case you were wondering. And believe it or not--they also do windows!!! Who does that?? They do mine every year. I would not use anyone else.

Carl is fabulous...he is super personable and is always quick to get back to you to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend him if you are looking for windows, roof and/or gutters...you will not regret hiring him. He even goes the extra mile to let you know if he sees any potential issues. Like for us our exhaust from dryer vent hits our lower roof...the shingles are starting to look worn. Carl has been doing our gutter cleaning for years. He also does our window cleaning and hanging Christmas lights. He always honors his commitment, is very reasonable and cleans up everything. There’s never a mess and the gutters flow. Very honorable professional.

It was okay. All I remember really about it is that there were two young boys that came. They didn't clean the skylights as well, but I think they were terrified to be up on the roof doing it. The way they cleaned the window, well, water got in onto my beautiful wood floors and I didn't see it for about two days, and so now I have a little bit of a stain on my floor and I know that was from those boys spraying the water upwards onto my skylight. It wasn't bad - it wasn't great - I've had better, but they showed up, they did what they were supposed to do. They were young. The pricing was fine and they were right on time.

Company was fast and neat. Windows never looked better. The owner noticed one outside gutter was clogged & cleaned it at no extra cost. I highly recommend Rain or Shine

Trying to move. Felt comfortable with the individual being in my home. Was not watching what they did as doing many different things at the same time. First blush all looked good. When sun hit a different direction saw areas that were missed. I called and they were very responsive about coming out again. The deal included inside and out. I now see that maybe the window glass was cleaned inside but the frame of the window was not. I have had other companies come and do my windows for $100 less and they did a more thorough job. I am being very picky checking my trim as I am reviewing my house to be sold. I am also now seeing drip marks on my skylights. I just feel that for $250 I got the minimum service and not the best. It could have just been the person that I had as the owner immediately came out and remedied the situation. I would give them another chance, but not at the price they are asking for what I got.

Excellent job - purchased a deal through Angie's List and added on to that, end result was a highly satisfactory result at a fair price. My windows are sparkling clean and look fantastic! Would definitely use again.
