We are based on the Sammamish Plateau, serving Redmond, Issaquah, Novelty Hill, and Union Hill areas, completing numerous projects in Kirkland, Woodinville, Bellevue, Medina and the surrounding areas. What We Do... We work on many different types of homes and office’s, condos, and multi-million dollar properties. Plateau Remodel is a one stop shop! We specialize in Kitchen and Bathroom remodels, Additions, Decks, and “Whole-House” makeovers. As well, we are seldom “out-bid” on smaller projects, such as roofs, carpet, wood flooring, tile, granite counter tops, drywall, paint, framing, or design work. There is no job too small or too large for us to tackle… Plateau Remodel has done it all! Our Clients... The majority of our new clients come simply through the referrals of other “happy clients”. What a great company, wonderful management & terrific guys to work with! Although I did find on our project, management was not always present so we had to be "on top of" the project deliverables more than expected. But, in our project history this is common, so it didn't phase us too much.
We locked on design, timelines & materials right away, but Trevor/Mike/John were so fluid with the project as it progressed that we as customers found it awesome!! Even during times when my husband decided he wanted to add this or that, or something needed to move, the Mgmt Team was always very flexible & quick to accommodate all of our asks! If there was a decision to be made, they visually showed me options and kept the project on track. We literally got the results of our dreams!
Everyone was so friendly & hardworking. We went over timeline & budget but that is only because of the snags & change orders that my husband & I asked for.
The work is exquisite & if there were ANY issues at all, they were quickly addressed. Love the communication & customer focus.
Cannot wait to save up more $$ and have Plateau come back to remodel our kitchen & family room!

I don't know where to begin. They installed a door to the crawl space. The quote was with lock and key and sealed. First, they installed the door so badly you could rock it forward and backwards 1 inch. Second, they did not install the lock. And to rub salt on wound they bill me for an extra $174, on top of $445 for the door. They left all the construction debris on my backyard and front porch. I complained. No body cared. Few weeks later, the door couldn't even close. After 2 months they did come and do some shaving on the door and it closes, but the door still rock forwards and backwards, The door wasn't sealed.
The quote was actually the highest - a lot higher of 3 other bids I have. I used them because I wanted to give them a try before I have 2 other major renovation work I have with my other houses. I should have checked with Angie's list first. I didn't. I got burned.
I also got a quote from them for heating duct work. The quote was so astronomical I almost fell off my chair. I owned numberous properties since 1984, so I know the ballpark figure. It was more than 3x the price from two highly rated heating companies in Angie's list. Without saying, I use one of them and are so pleased with that company.
Nice folk. They worked fast and did some scary wall removal without flinching. detail work (finishing) was sort of weak spot but in the end very nice job.
