RICH CALLED ME BACK WHEN MANY OTHERS DID NOT. HE TALKED THROUGH MY OPTIONS AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THERE WERE ANY HIDDEN FEES OR COSTS.
