They were excellent, always prompt and on time. They listened to what we wanted. There was extra timber work and repairs that they took care of. We got a beautiful new roof. The price was excellent.

They were wonderful. They were very professional. They actually offered us a holiday discount since they could fit in our job in between others that they were doing. They had the most professional presentation during the bidding process.

The job went very smooth. The sales person who worked up the estimate was very knowledgeable and friendly. Other companies were steering us towards a complete tear-off of the pre-existing roof, which would add an additional $1200 to the costs. He insisted that our old roof was extremely flat and that extra work was unnecessary. All warranties were guaranteed, regardless if it were a tear-off or they placed another layer. He also recommended a less expensive though excellent long term roof also, rather than the top of the line product, which would only be needed if winds reached 90 miles an hour. Product info was plentiful. The owner was great. He recommended additional flashing that was not in the original bid for an additional $200. He did additional work on our flat roof for no additional charge. They were prompt and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would use them again, although my roof will still be there long after I'm gone.

They showed up bid the job when they said they would and started and completed the job in the time they said. They were very professional and prompt.

Micheal came out to give us an estimate. It was in the middle of other estimates we had gotten. Several other reputable companies couldn't even call us back, so we decided to go with Kidder because they actually did call us back. There were several delays to the start of the job but I felt they were not the fault of the company just that things happen and I had to wait. Once the job did start it went really quickly and smoothly. Some of the wood on the roof had to be covered over and that was an extra cost but I'm glad they pointed it out to me and fixed it. Also they were able to use my old but still working skylight and not charge me for a new one. When they were done they cleaned up all of their mess. The roof looks great and we have had several storms and no leaking.
