KEVIN WHITE CONSTRUCTION

In 2015 an issue developed and I contacted Kevin. He came out 2 days later and fixed the issue. To come back after that much time with no hesitancy speaks volumes.

.Kevin's crew arrived promptly each day and began working immediately.  Both bathroom floors were tiled in travertine along with the large master bath soaking tub and surround.  Both bathroom toilets, sinks, lighting, and shower doors were replaced along with a damaged pocket door in the master bath.  Kevin's crew proved to be very easy to work with and demonstrated a high level of skill and craftsmanship throughout our project.  This project was to get our home ready to sell and we had many older household items which needed to be hauled away.  Kevin was gracious enough to allow us to use his on-site dumpster for our items saving us much time and money.  I would not hesitate to use Kevin again for any home repair or remodel.

We needed to change the type of beam after we had hired Kevin for the project.  He was able to complete the project within a few days, even though he was working with a new and unfamiliar product.  They were very professional and cleaned everything up each day.  We're very satisfied with the result.

Kevin can handle any project from small ones to full home construction. And his easy going manner is a huge benefit for homeowners dealing with stressful remodeling projects. I have used Kevin White Construction multiple times and always been very satisfied. I am just getting around to writing the reviews .In the interst of full transparency, Kevin gave me a special price given my previous business. I checked around and got a few bids and his was one of the most reasonble ones and given his quality and attention to detail I decided to go with him again. The price included labor and materials.

Kevin and his crew are fantastic. They are professional, courtesous, skilled and trustworthy. Can't emphasize the last point enough. I have used Kevin from everything from smaller projects like this to large remodels. See separate review for that. Kevin is very laid-back and go-with-the-flow kind of guy which really helps with stressful remodeling projects.

Kevin is based on the eastside and that really helps when trying to organize schedules and meetings since you don't have to worry about him getting stuck on the bridge. The only downside to Kevin is that due to his great reputation and word of mouth he can be difficult to get a hold of at times but never to the point where it impacts the success of the project. And I have always found that if you need to get a hold of him urgently he does respond in a timely manner.

I would use Kevin again in a hearbeat and have used him now for over 4 projects which speaks to my confidence in him and his crew.

Kevin's crew arrived on the start date on time and from that time forward were very communicative and respectful about when they would arrive and their plans to complete the next step. Dan and Ian were always extremely pleasant and informative, often taking time to tell us why they were doing things and what the task would achieve. Very few, if any complications arose. They took time to keep the construction muck and mess to a minimum, cleaning up each day before leaving. One of the things we appreciated was their concern for safety regarding the stairwell and holes in the flooring. The electrical and railing subs were equally as pleasant and respectful. I would use Kevin White Construction again in a heartbeat. They were great.

Kevin has done many jobs for us. He is prompt reliable and always reasonably priced.
