K2 Construction, Inc.

Our architect had told us that K2 does quality work and does it on time and on budget, and that is exactly what happened. Owner John Kaelin's bid was lower than a less experienced company's bid, and he came in on budget despite doing some extra work we requested.  His crew is terrific, he hires super subcontractors, and the work is absolutely beautiful.  There were no boom boxes playing, there was very little sawdust, and care was taken not to damage or soil other parts of the house.  The new kitchen was functioning on the exact day John promised it (three weeks from start to finish), and final touch-ups were minimally disruptive.  We've lived through several remodels, and this was by far the best.
