Kirk at From The Ground Up came out to inspect my crawlspace and attic. He was super professional, took time to explain his findings for me, and was very thorough. He came to inspect and gave his expert and non-biased opinion without trying to sell me any kind of repairs or services which I appreciated. A lot of times guys will come inspect and then tell you they can also repair things which to me is a conflict of interest. None of that here with From The Ground up. He even took the time to take a look at some issues in the house that were not part of the crawl and attic inspection at no extra charge. That is something you don't get a lot these days. It was pretty clear he was about taking care of the customer. And as for the crawl and attic, he went all the way in and didn't just look from the entry point. Very important factor if you want an accurate inspection in these tough to get into areas. All in all I will definitely be using From The Ground Up for any of my home inspection needs. You should too.
