Geoff was very patient and communicative throughout the whole process. We had to keep rescheduling due to some construction getting finished. Once the construction was done, Geoff painted our house the following week. Geoff has been a professional painter for 20+ years. I trust Geoff's recommendation on exterior brands - he is very knowledgeable about paint brand performance, colors and sheens. He painted our (same) house about 20 years ago (!) and overall the paint was still in good condition (cedar siding). The trim was needing painting the most since it was white and looked dirty. Overall, he did such a great job with prep and painting that we were able to extend the life of our previous paint for much longer than usual. To top it off, he prices fairly and doesn't add the 10-20% upfee because of the Sammamish address. In fact, Geoff lives down the street and knows the area well.

His crew is great, no issues. However, we had an issue with the exterior paint color. I did not choose a Rodda color, which Geoff prefers, so he had to color match. He warned me that the match would not be perfect. The morning he and the crew showed up to paint the house, I asked about the color. It would have been so easy for him to paint a swatch on the side of the house, but he was in too big of a hurry. When I arrived home 4 hours later, the house body was almost completely painted and the color was hideous. My girlfriend and I were stunned. Even his crew said that the color was ugly. As well as our bathroom contractor who is a friend of Geoff's.  We checked the color choices again and Geoff went to get a grayer green, we put a sample on the house and it was fine. 
When I received the bill, Geoff wanted to charge me for painting the house twice, and told me to let him know if I had heartburn over the bill. I certainly did and we argued back and forth for days, I felt beat up by him. I finally suggested we split the difference.
The only caveat I suggest with using Geoff is to make sure that they colors are exactly what you want, especially if you choose a color that is not from Rodda paint. Have him paint a sample on your wall or the side of your house before they begin. It will save everyone a lot of potential pain.
His crew is great and overall, Geoff is very personable.

They were excellent. The owner, Jeff was absolutely fantastic to work with, very personable and really took his time to talk with you and work with you.

It was very good. The painters that they had were excellent. The guys that he has are very professional and they come in and they know exactly what they're doing and they work very quickly and efficiently. His prices are fair. He is just fun to work with.

They were here when promised and they finished early. I was impressed when Geoff gave me a discount because they finished sooner than expected. They'll be back to paint the outside of my house this spring. Would definitely recommend.

I was very comfortable with Geoff right off the bat. He was through in his estimate and came in on target with other company estimates. He even worked with me to get a shed painted in the back within the budget. His crew was prompt and efficient with their pressure washing, scraping and caulking leading up to the paint job.
Geoff was patient while we spec'ed out our colors and very helpful in his professional recommendations, then went the extra mile to make sure we got the exact colors we wanted on our house. Finally, I felt his crew did a wonderful job with the actual painting...again going above and beyond to make sure all the little details and finishing touches were perfect and to my satisfaction (they even taped off and painted the little cat house we had on the back of the shed...which they totally didn't have to do). Geoff checked in multiple times to make sure everything was on track. I really felt I got a great deal based on everything they did, the quality of the materials, and how friendly and fun they were to work with.
Will definitely be using them again in the future (maybe for indoor painting next!). Thanks guys!

Pressure washed a week before painting so the siding was dry for scraping and painting. Thoroughly scraped the existing paint work and left for a day to let the dust settle. Masked all the windows and doors, sprayed and back-rolled with the new color. The following day painted all the trim and the front door. Final day on touch up. Team was responsive, motivated and professional. They did a really nice job.

Geoff's team did a great job for our 2-story house exterior painting, we had a good experience with them. First of all, they are honest, they got to our house at the exact time he promised and they charged us the same amount as he estimated. They are responsible too, The south faced part of our wall have some deep scratches, he asked his team use silicone to fill in them and painted again. Not like some other companies, their cost of painting is reasonable despite their high quality job. Their job has been done perfectly and fast. The only regret of us is that we should ask them to paint our windows and doors too, since it wasted us a lot of energy to paint two windows.

Geoff's team did a great job of prep work, which is the key to a quality and long lasting paint job. Further, Geoff continually kept us informed of the timing of the painting as we approached the target date, due to the impact of weather. We would definitely recommend Elite Painting for a great value in exterior painting.

Geoff came out and had a bid to me within a couple of days. i had another bid done as well and both were comparable. Geoff's team was out within a couple of days. They took 2 days to complete the work. The whole team was great. Geoff was a pleasure to work with. His team was courteous, quiet and efficient. The rooms look great and the repair was amazing. I will use them again!

They provide very high quality work. They are very reliable. They did exactly what we needed to have them do.

It was a great experience. The work turned out absolutely incredible. His crew was meticulous. They cleaned up afterwards and if there were any problems, they fixed it before we could even tell them there was a problem. We plan on using him in the fall for the interior of our home.

Due to the misty summer weather, 2 weeks went by from the time they pressure washed to the time they actually painted. Earlier in the week, Geoff had his crew show up to begin prepping. They started masking off brickwork, caulking, etc..They started priming areas that needed it but missed a few areas. Geoff was not present at that point. 

We didn't want to lose time so I caulked a few spots and my wife went out primed those areas so that everything would be ready.

When Geoff showed up, he noticed that she had done the work and took $100 of the total bill, unasked.While he was here, Geoff went the extra mile to ensure that his crew was doing a meticulous job. Overall, the exterior came out great and we are very pleased with the quality of the work.

Geoff was a gem to work with. Very accommodating with timing, easy to reach, knowledgeable about what he and his team would do. Followed up after work was completed to ensure satisfaction.

It was very reasonable. It was excellent. They gave us an estimate and a timeframe. They showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. We were pleased with them and would use them again. They were very experienced and professional.

Geoff explained the process completely with us, was clear and concise and followed through very professionally. His quotation was within the range I was looking and I was so comfortable with him, and his examples of work right down our street and throughout our neighborhood, that we signed up immediately. He is very friendly and knowledgeable - a real treat for a contractor. I'd recommend him for painting anytime - and have.

I scheduled Geoff several weeks in advance and really wanted to get this work completed before the start of the Christmas holidays. Geoff showed up on time and completed the work in two days, plus a little touch up on the third day. Geoff and one of his employees did a great job painting our master suite. We plan to use them again in the future for additional repainting projects.
