Terrible. I wanted 5 cords of wood. Jose, the owner/partner, asked for a deposit, which I paid. He the delivered 2 cords on Aug 31, and said he would bring the balance out later that afternoon. I would be away at that time so I paid him in full for the rest, $875 for the full five cords. He never showed back up. I have spoken to him by phone many times since then and he keeps promising to bring out more wood or refund me the balance of my money, but he always makes excuses about why he can't get either of these things done. It has been about two months now and I have no patience for him anymore. He runs a landscaping business and I have no idea how that goes, but I will never use him again for anything. When he delivered the wood it came with a large amount of dirt and rocks mixed In with it, he scooped it up with a front end loader to put it in his truck. This made a big mess in my back yard and the wood is also covered in dirt, something I am willing to work with, as all I ever wanted was the wood. But all I have ever gotten is the run around. On 10-21-18 he did refund me $300 of the $525 he owed me, leaving it at his yard with one of his employees, but not leaving me a reason for shorting me. I called him twice leaving voice message but no return call. I also called his wife Blossom, who is listed with the state as the principal of the LLC, leaving her a message too. No call back . Very dissappointed with this business.
