Went well. Worker was very polite, arrived on time, did a great job. The owner, Juan, is easy to deal with. This is the 2nd job they've done for us. First job was a complete kitchen remodel. We liked them so much we hired them again. Second job was much smaller but they treated us as if it were a larger job. We will hire them again.

We hired Juan and his company for a mid-floor remodel of our tri-level home that included full kitchen remodel, wall removal, new lighting, new flooring, new fireplace, and mud room. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. Issues began with realizing how much corners are cut with their work. From not vacuuming before putting flooring down (even after asking them multiple times to do so), to debris in our heater vents multiple times without being cleaned out, the work in itself was unprofessional. After calling the workers out on it, handling the rest of the project was a disaster. Imagine paying someone thousands of dollars, just to end up having to micromanage THEIR work that they're getting paid for just to make sure things get done right. Throughout the project, we constantly had to describe what we wanted and how we wanted things to be (stuff that was already discussed at the very start). Multiple times, the language barrier was so bad that there was no way to clearly explain what was wanted. My wife was home for the whole project, and to hear that they would make derogatory comments about her in our own home while she is there in front of them is beyond infuriating. They would say these remarks in Spanish, expecting that my wife did not understand them. But she did. So if you like to have someone talk crap about you in your own home, by all means go for it. I'll refrain from providing those terms and keep this review PG. If we weren't so close to finishing the project and paying so much money already, we would've kicked them out of our house right then and there. But we miraculously finished. Found out our microwave was installed wrong. Bought a new fridge and was told dimensions to buy, only to have it BARELY fit (then being blamed about buying too big of a fridge). If you want things done right in the first place, look elsewhere. They harped about how things could be retouched, but if the work was done right in the first place, then retouching wouldn't need to occur. The amount of touchups could not hide the dings and dents all around our cabinets, all from their sloppy and careless work. And when you do bring something up to get retouched, the workers would complain and make excuses for how it's supposed to be like that. Again, I DO NOT recommend In-N-Out.

This was the best remodeling job we have ever had done. The whole crew were professionals. They were courteous, timely, and all the work was impeccable. We had multiple projects and all were completed on time. I would highly recommend them.

Everything turned out amazing looking. The work was done 2 weeks sooner then quoted. The guys that were doing the work were all very respectful and great to interact with.

I was very happy with the work which resulted in a new kitchen, bath with beautiful double shower, custom closet and all new interior walls. Juan was true to his word and came back for final touch ups that made everything beautiful. Why were touch ups needed, you may wonder. I made a late decision to replace all the window and the window guys didn't do nice finish work. Juan sent his crew in and the work they did to finish the inside window trim ended with the windows looking perfect and new just like the rest of the unit.

The job took about 10-11 weeks, that was ok, but after the job was done and we could actually live and see the work, we found some frustrating issues. We started calling less than a month after completion. We waited and waited......for 1 year and 6 weeks from the first time we contacted Juan about several issues to finally write this review. We texted Juan last Jan 2019, a month after the remodel was done. He said he would call or come by and never did. We texted him again a year later with pics of some issues, again he responded saying I'll get in touch soon. [You see, you don't notice issues immediately. It's takes some time to live with them before you realize something isn't working or doesn't seem right.] Well that was last month Jan 2020. Tired of waiting. It's too bad since we really liked Juan, Laura and their employees. Little did we know how it would end up. I am uploading close to 2 dozen photos to show the issues and to help keep the writing to a minimum and hoping Juan will actually see these and realize their is a host of problems. Pics can tell a story quicker sometimes. The kitchen, first glance looks great. Upon closer looks, well the pics show it. The floors looked great, again until closer look and actually cleaning them we found all these problems plus time proved that the floors weren't installed by a professional. Pics tell it all. There are 19 pics of our job; pics #'s 1, 4-6, 13, and #25-31 are not ours. Oh and the fence, won't even start. Sorry Juan, we didn't want to do this but you left us no choice. You left us hanging and this wasn't a cheap job either. Juan and his crew of 2 are nice enough, but the craftsmanship and skill are lacking terribly. Karen & Allen **Note: please refer to Yelp for photos under IN-N-OUT-CONSTRUCTION, submitted by Allen D *****Revision: As far as the floor issues go; Juan was determined it was quality of material, so he had the mfg company, Home Legends who is huge, send an inspector for the floors. The inspector came in June 2020. The report came in July 2020. To us, not surprisingly, report confirmed the floors were installed without question unprofessionally and incorrect. We were told by inspector, the issues will continue to get worse. Sorry Juan, we didn't want to do this but you left us no choice. You left us hanging and this wasn't a cheap job either. Juan and his crew of 2 are nice enough, but the craftsmanship and skill are lacking terribly. As we told Juan after he pleaded for us to take this down this past summer, we will take this down ONLY if or when the issues are resolved either by correcting the problems, or issuing us a refund for the cost of having another repair it. We were remodeling a condo built in the 1970’s and changing just about every finish in the place. In the middle of the COVID lockdown. On a tight timeline. There were some bumps along the way due to pandemic restrictions and the surprises that come with updating an old building but we are very happy with the results. Whenever an issue arose they were always positive problem solvers and made sure we were happy with their solutions. The carpenters did a beautiful job with the cabinets and finish work and obviously took pride in the quality of their work. This was not our first remodeling project and we feel fortunate that we chose In-n-Out.

The team at In-N-Out did a great job. The project was completed right on time and the other companies he selects to do business with did great work also. We had the kitchen (1958) completely gutted and a partial wall taken out to blend the family room addition and kitchen better. We also did the flooring throughout the kitchen, family room, laundry and half bath. The guys were so fast and cleaned up each day so nicely that it seemed a minor inconvenience to be without a kitchen. I felt completely at ease leaving each morning for work knowing that I would come home each night to another fantastic change. I only wish that someone could take over the task of going through all my stuff and putting it back as I am definitely not as fast and efficient as the In-N-Out team. I would highly recommend this company and am looking forward to working with them again.

The best contractor for your needs! Hands down the best service I've had for home repairs. We used services of In-and-Out Construction when our basement which was also our in-home daycare space flooded. Juan (the owner) was very professional and thorough, he helped us to prioritize repairs needed and wasted no time getting started. I called In-and-Out Construction to request a quote; Juan (the owner) came over same day and also emailed me his quote same day! Juan was extremely reasonable with his pricing. Not only that, he made the effort to squeeze me in on his very busy schedule. I'm blown away by Juan’s professionalism and friendly attitude. Juan is honest, knowledgeable and practical. In an industry fraught with scammers or worse Juan is a beacon of integrity. That's more than most can say, but he's also very good at what he does and looks toward the end-product, build ability, usability and continued relationships. In-and-Out Construction was not only priced very reasonably but also made online invoices very convenient. Juan always answered or quickly returned my calls, accommodated any plan changes, and overall always made us feel like a priority. Juan has an assortment of professionals all organized in specialized crews working for him all upheld a very organized schedule making our project move along quickly and efficiently. Juan’s specialized crews were always respectful and have all gone above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and as promised. The promised date of completion was met and the many jobs that were completed were all done quickly and beautifully including the customization of faulty designed cabinetry. In-and-Out Construction worked on our electrical, drywall, plumbing and painting and they can basically accommodate any project big or small around the house. Juan is the real deal. He and his team as well as his subs are very quick and thorough in everything they did. We ran into unexpected issues and wanted a couple of add-ons and all of this was accommodated and fixed correctly and they did their best to stay on schedule. When he says 2 weeks, it is 2 weeks! WE LOVE OUR KITCHEN!

Juan and the In N Out team are the best! So thorough, problem solvers! When it came to hook my washer back up, they found what was probably the leaking issue...and FIXED it! They were hired to replace the floor! Polite, courteous. My new floor looks better than the old floor by a million. On time! Cleaned up when done. I will contract with the company again AND refer to my friends!

This was a big job that we thought was going to turn our lives upside down. It turned out to be an enjoyable experience. The crew from In n' Out came in each morning with a positive attitude. It was a difficult job but at every turn they rose to the challenge. We were very impressed. It was a pleasure to have them in our home.

It turned out really well. The apartment was completely bare and they came in and did everything. I would hire them again, no hesitation. I had one issue and they took care of it right away. They are very professional and stayed within my budget.
