I had an incorrectly installed smart lock and they knew what to do with an unusual door setup. They fixed the problem without using the new deadbolt and strike plates sent by the lock company, letting me know I should save it for when I might really need it.

Gordon came to our office to rekey our doors. Very personable. Accurate quote. During the job ran into a few issues. The locks were older locks and needed a little work. But their policy was a flat fee and the additional time it took to make it right was not an additional fee. Enjoyed talking and sharing stories with him. He gave me a lot of additional info and locks in case I ran into any problems in the future. Would use their services in the future again.

Gordon did an excellent job installing our Nest x Eagle lock. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Our door presented a few problems for the installation which Gordon was able to solve. He even made adjustment to the door when I mentioned during the summer months the door was difficult to lock.
