"We were contracted by an agency to take on this property to restore & make it marketable for resale. Mary [Consumer Name Removed] was/is the listing agent. She was very unprofessional, consistently showing up on the job site disrupting our crew during the process. For safety reasons this was communicated to the agency. She disregarded that, this was both a safety hazard as well as very distracting being under foot and in the crew's way. We were forced to stop work at one point for that reason. The Job had no finish date to the complexity of the house. The homeowner had a very low budget to work with. This property restoration began with 5 days in hazmat suits. 5 dogs resided within the home freely defecating/ urinating throughout. As a result, so many things were discovered once the job commenced. Rotted floors, faulty wiring, rodents, termites, all had to be eradicated/ addressed. Mary complained regarding items that were not included within our scope of work, desiring to have a custom home appearance to result in a larger sale price as relators do. This resulted in tremendous back & forth explaining/addressing those items, delaying final payment. We were forced to communicate implementing to lien the property to receive final payment. This obviously resulted in her complaint. We provide a great house for the money. This Person should not be selling home in this manner. Did the job go as planned? No due to soo many issues in the bones of the house. The process with communications between the agency/ real-estate agent then to the owners and back were so slow. Quality of work by far exceeded what they were willing to pay for due to the state of the home. You decide, view the property via Zillow or Redfin 7503 13th Ave Se. Looks Beautiful!! Listed for $520,000. We to date, are still awaiting final payment. To date have only been paid the initial down payment of 35K."
