Our dog had a horrible ear infection and of course we discovered it late on Friday night so we call Scatter Creek first thing Saturday morning and they made sure they'd have time Saturday to see us. They were patient, kind, friendly, and amazing with Sammi. The Dr. Took his time to explain everything to us from how to care for her infection to how to prevent them.

As I said, as maintenance and primary care they have always been great and attentive. I love they're non-pharmacitical approach to health and have always had happy healthy pets. We had a very serious emergency with one of our pets and after many providers and treatments our dog is doing ok. We found after the fact that a portion of his illness was exaserbated or caused by an error at the clinic and could have cost him his life. They were able to get him in right away and I believe they did their best with the situation at hand. I know things aren't always in our control and that human error occurs- and for that I can't fault them. Having foresight, I would have gone to an emergency clinic.

Their price is very fair. They are very compassionate towards the animals. I don't have to wait too long before my appointment. They are very professional (from the front desk all the way through). I would use them again in the future.
