Economy Septic was recommended to me by a general contractor. He told me they gave great service, their prices were reasonable & that I could trust them. Every thing he told me was right on! He also told what septic service company not to call.
Economy Septic is a husband & wife team, Jack & Denise. I called & spoke w/Denise on 4 different occasions, I had a or of questions. All but once she was available to answered my call. The time she wasn't available, she responded promptly to my voice mail I left & she always answered my questions thoroughly.
I was able to obtain an appt w/in a couple days of my initial call. We have two septic tanks but one hadn't been used for 11 yrs so it only needed an inspection, no pumping. I am really pleased that I was only charged for the one inspection & pumping even though they inspected our 2nd tank and submitted the inspection documentation on our cottage plus the inspection/pumping documentation on our house to the county.
Very pleased with Jack & Denise with Economy Services Inc of Rochester, I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends!
