+ -1 moreI debated, based on others whether or not I had to have my furnace checked this year or not since I had it checked last year when I bought the house. Thankfully I decided to go ahead. I've had quite a few people I've called or requested other services from and they either never call back, do not show up when they say they would or have tried to charge me way more than they should. I was losing confidence of service people around here to say the least. Kevin came out and unfortunately (or fortunately) found a severe kink in the pipe that ran to the heat pump under the house. How anyone who installed it or checked it before didn't discover this before is beyond me. He was kind enough to verify his suspicion during the first visit and was in my opinion (who remember was very skeptical at this point of service people) very honest, kind and upfront with me. Not to mention extremely fair in his estimate of the cost. I would highly recommend this company as well as Kevin. They are lucky to have someone like him working for them.
Description of Work: Found problem (severely kinked pipe) during routine annual check that in my opinion should have been found by original installer or by other company that I had inspect the furnace/heat pump when I bought the house.

Description of Work: They replaced the entire heating/cooling system. It went very well. They showed up on the scheduled day. I had an issue with the system which was quickly fixed and taken care of. My main contact was Trevor who was great to work with, very knowledgeable and professional.

+ -1 moreNorm was on time to give an estimate. When asked about a different brand he searched out info on that for us, too. Brad came to do the work and was comfortable to be around, worked hard, and completed the job leaving it clean.
