Overall, the service went well. It is a rental house. The person who was supposed to do rental management didn't carry his part of the work. We were very happy with the job Benedict did. The price was fair. The guy worked time and materials. He gave weekly summary details and shared the expenditure. The floor looks like wood grain, but it is an artificial laminate. My sister visited the place and she was happy with the end result. The punctuality was excellent.
