The driver was puncual and very nice. He did everything that we asked and even made good suggestions when some of our original plans fell through. The issue that we had was with the equipment. It was a cold day in Portland and there was no heat in the rear of the vehicle. The entire party was freezing and uncofortable. The rear windows stayed covered with condensation so there was no view whatsoever and that is part of a wine country tour.
The driver did everything that he could to make it right but it seemed out of his control.
Overall the vehicle was aged and not in great repair. Few if any of the controls for lights, environment, intercom, or sound system worked. I would have overlooked this and given a much higher rating if we had just had some heat.
On the upside the price was good and the driver was also very good and professional.

Overall very good...Don't rent the white superstretch until the climate control and suspension is repaired.

The limo was very nice and clean. The driver was also very friendly, on time and had locations pre-selected for us to view the Christmas lights. We had a Chrysler 300c series limo.

The Driver showed up 15 mins. Early, he (Jerry) was very nice! We were going to the Menopause musical, so the 10 of us were in rare form. He put up with us. The limo was in perfect order, brand new! Just what we asked for.

THE DRIVER WAS VERY PATIENT, HE WAS NICE AND THE OVERALL SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THE CARS ARE NICE AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE.
