ROADRUNNER SEAL COATING & STRIPING

My driveway is 6,021 square feet.  They came out to seal coat it and started by cleaning the driveway.  I have had it sealcoated every 3 years since it was put down.  We came back to the home in November and every square inch of the seal coat had flaked off the driveway.  My neighbor hired him at the same time to seal a small patch and by November it had completely flaked off as well.  I had other contractors out to find out what was wrong and they told me the sealer was put down at the wrong time of year because of the temperatures.  
After threatening to take him to court he gave me my money back for the poor work, but he refuses to clean up the mess that this has caused.  There are black flakes all over the place and he even admits that it will be a tough clean up and ongoing process.  The owner of this company is dishonest.

WE LIKED THIS SMALL COMPANY VERY MUCH. THEY SPECIALIZE IN SMALL JOBS. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY SKILLED WITH THEIR MACHINERY. THEY DID SEVERAL LITTLE THINGS FOR US ABOVE THE BID TO HELP US WITH A SPRINKLER SYSTEM WE WERE PUTTING IN AT THE SAME TIME. THE CONCRETE GUY I HIRED HAD NEVER WORKED WITH ROADRUNNER BEFORE, BUT SAID THEY DID A GREAT JOB GRADING AND PREPING THE AREAS FOR CONCRETE AND TO TOP IT OFF, DAVE AND HIS EMPLOYEE VINCE WERE JUST REALLY NICE GUYS.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB, WERE VERY EFFICIENT, CAME ON A WEEKEND DAY, A SUNDAY I BELIEVE, WHEN NO ONE WAS AROUND AND SPENT 12 HOURS GETTING IT PAVED AND RESTRIPED BEFORE OUR CLIENTS CAME ON MONDAY MORNING.
