THEY WERE AS PUNCTUAL AS YOU CAN GET FOR A BUSY PROFESSION. I BELIEVE THAT THE APPRAISAL WAS CONSERVATIVE, BUT, IT WAS WHERE WE NEEDED IT TO BE FOR THE LOAN.
