"Thank you for your review of our company. I do not really know how to respond as there are some major inaccuracies in this review. First and foremost is the invoice issue: our records show that the invoice reflects the quote and there are no discrepancies between the two. There were no change orders to change price. The payments we received total the amount of the invoice, no more and no less. All is in order. Second is the signature: we have your signature on the quote on file as it was captured by our electronic system that allows you to sign with your mouse. That signature cannot be copied to other documents. That signed quote matches the invoice and your payments. Our records also show that one and only one quote has been provided to you, so there was no chance of providing you a different invoice for a different quote. Third is the quality issue. We do take pride in the work we perform and if that work is not up to standard we want to make it right for you. We have no record of you asking us back to fix the issues you list so we never had the opportunity to make it right. You paid us quickly and didn't withhold any payments to make us perform the fixes. The work was completed and paid on January 23, 2017 and your review is on March 27, 2017. I do recall hearing that the painters used your microwave and fridge. I apologize for that, and that crew no longer works for us. While it's no defense they had recently been given permission by some previous customers to use their microwave and fridge for their lunches, and they incorrectly assumed they could do so again. They should not have assumed that; they should either wait to have the customer volunteer or ask for permission. About one-half our customers volunteer access to their microwave and fridge for our crews, some even volunteering that our crews can have their water bottles or soda. We respect the wishes of our customers in this matter."
