TRACY'S GARAGE

I have been working with Tracy for about two years. The price was reasonable. Tracy does a good job. He is just good and doesn't overcharge. His price is excellent. I know my equipment very well; that would have cost me $800 in the dealership. The quality of his work has been excellent. I have probably used him five or six times for vehicle repairs. His responsiveness is way better than the dealership. It's excellent. He starts at 5 in the morning and works till he is done. With vehicles, punctuality is so subjective. Any constraints are put upon him of parts availability and that kind of thing. He might be able to get it done in eight hours or if he might be able to get it done only in 12. We have to understand the nature of troubleshooting. He knows his stuff well, and he is very honest.

Both Steve and Tracy keep my vehicles running. My 1994 6.5 liter Chevy diesel needed both heads replaced. Steve did all the work at a more than fair price..My truck has been running 2 years now from the time of the repair with no problems.
Tracy has rescued me twice. I was stranded at Pro Build Lumber in Richland and another time at Barracuda Coffee in Richland. He towed my truck to his shop twice. He had me back on the road within a few hours fixing my starter.Another time he installed a new radiator within 24 hrs. Always done right and at an honest price and fast. I'm a contractor and rely on my trucks to make a living. Tracy's Garage is my go to place when I need repairs. I have never been let down or disappointing.

My car died suddenly without warning the day after New Years. I am relatively new to the area and hadn't used any local auto shops other than for an oil change. I called several shops, but none thought they would be able to get to my car within a day -- most were backlogged at at least half a week -- given the recent holidays.
A friend finally suggested Tracy's. Tracy was able to come get the car after lunch and amazingly had it repaired before 5 pm. Both the towing and repair cost were very reasonable.
