Quality of work was fine.
I have stopped doing business there because of the overt religious environment. Big screen TVs flash scripture. Contemporary christian music plays throughout the showroom and customer lounge. I don't want to be accosted by management's religious views just to have a vehicle serviced. Their religious views belong in their home or place of worship, not in a place of business.

After my car was towed to the service department. Thad, from the service department, called with a preliminary estimate for a belt replacement. At that time I mentioned the front end leak. Later in the day he called back and informed me that the leak was from a transmission cooling hose and that the idler pulley for the accessory belt was not tracking correctly and needed to be replaced. He estimated the cost for that and the hose replacement.
I can actually replace a belt myself, but if I had done so I would have missed the idler pulley. As it turned out Thad or one of the mechanics researched the service bulletins and found that the idler pulley and bracket should be replaced along with the belt. I approved the additional work. Parts were ordered and and the car repaired including the leaking hose. In addition I had the oil and filter changed. Included with the oil change was a 27 point inspection, lube and topping off all fluids.
They called me to pick up the car and offered to give me a ride to their dealership, BMW as it turned out. I didn't need a ride and my wife took my grand daughter and I to pick up the car. The dealership was a surprise. The lobby and waiting area was more like a hotel lobby than the typical auto place. Nice furniture, clean with a TV, magazines etc. They also had a mini bar with soda, water and coffee. There was a fish tank on one wall that was shared with a kids room that was stocked with children's toys and books. My grand daughter loved it. Bath rooms were nice an clean and kid friendly with sink access and special kids soap.
The reason we had to wait after paying our bill was that they had sent my car to be washed! This was an added bonus.
We didn't have to wait very long and my grand daughter didn't want to leave when the car arrived. But I bribed her with a can of Dr. Pepper.
All in all a great experience. The parts cost were reasonable and so was the labor. I was kept informed of all the work required and was given correct estimates of the cost. All the staff there were friendly, smiling and professional. It was around 4 PM, end of the work day, so I think they are happy employees. I will be bringing both my cars here for service from now on.

Dropped vehicle off early in the AM via their drop off system. Service was completed before noon. Service Dept called and performed additional engine and equipment checks...replaced air filter additionally after checking with me. Let me know the vehicle was ready for pick up. They washed the truck and service appears to be outstanding. I will be using Tim Bush Motors in the future to care for my truck.
