The "crew" was fantastic from bid to end. Each person we worked with was professional, kind and followed through with any commitments he or she made. Although it wasn't the cheapest bid we received, we believe it was the best choice. They helped us with decisions along the way and the end result is amazing! Each day that the work crew arrived (always on time), they worked non-stop, other than breaks and lunch. At the end of each day, they left our property super clean. They were able to get the needed materials and supplies and finished the job from start to finish in a bit less than a week. Admittedly, they were fortunate to get some last minute materials in just a day from Wenatchee. We highly recommend them for any "handyman/woman" chore you have and even construction of small ??? They even have a housecleaning crew, clean out gutters and????

It was easy to schedule with this company. They communicated well about their arrival time. The handymen were professional and got the job done. They left the space nicer than what it was before they had arrived.

On time, charged less than the quote, no problems with repairs.

I've used Dale & his crew quite a few times in the past year.  They are quick to respond to my phone calls or emails.  Dale puts the time in to walk the homes with me so he fully understands the work that needs to be done.  He gets me the bids quickly and Lori is fantastic at scheduling the work to fit my crazy schedule.  I'm a true believer in you get what you pay for and I've gotten great service & workmanship. .  I've always been happy with the work done by the Crew and so have my clients.  Thanks Dale & Lori!

The customer service experience from 1st call to completed work has been phenomenal and at a very reasonable rate. It is so difficult to find a really good and reliable handyman, let alone one that is honest and charges reasonable rates. I have been spoiled by my father in law who is an amazing handyman who was a perfectionist and fixed things for a reasonable price so I knew it would be difficult to find someone that would even come close. I got estimates from a few places but they wanted to charge astronomical fees for things that didn't even need fixing. From the moment I called The Hunny-Do Crew, I knew they were honest, reliable, and the utmost professional. We have used The Hunny-Do Crew for several repairs throughout 2014. Every time I've called, Lori, who works in the office, always answered with a smile in her voice and called back promptly when I had to leave a message. Each time she happily coordinated with our renters to schedule Dale to come out to provide an estimate and do the work. Dale, who does the repairs, has always been on time and professional. (I've asked our renter for feedback and she has always been pleased with his level of professionalism. She always feels comfortable with him at the house.) Dale is phenomenal at assessing the repairs requested and providing a very prompt estimate. On two occasions, I've given Dale a list of a few things to check out and report back on what needs to be repaired versus what would be a nice-to-have. His responses have always mirrored my father-in-law's and the cost for parts have been the same as well. His hourly rate is quite reasonable, especially for the quality craftsman that he is. In addition, since I'm out of state, he has also provided photos to explain a few of the things that he needed to do. 
The Hunny-Do Crew always exceeds my expectations. I will never call anyone else for any repairs! I call first to see if they are able to do the repairs before calling anyone else. He seems to be able to do everything. We've had him do everything from replacing leaky old valves to tracing a leak. He has always done exactly what he said he was going to do. I recommend them to all of my friends and even our real estate agent!
