The owner, Mark, was a very professional, personable guy. The product is one of a kind. In fact, my daughter was upstairs in her bedroom taking a nap when the installation was going on. As soon as the screen went up over her window, the temperature in her room dropped so dramatically, it woke her up. Our south facing bedrooms are now cooler, and we can leave our windows open at night, because the wind and dust are no longer a problem. Our area is known for wind and dust!! This was an investment worth many times the price.
