Striker Maintenance

I've struggled for years with what I thought was a broken sewer line at my house. I knew it was also filled with roots. I'd had the and quot;Rooterand quot; companies out to snake it, sometimes twice a year - and they always told me the line was broken, because they kept hitting some immovable object. This time, after being gone six months, I knew it was going to be worse than ever. I'd heard about hydrojetting, and I knew that was the ticket. However, I live in a small town, and i could not find anyone who had one. By chance, I'd searched for the term on Google, and happened to see the name of someone here in Richland who had bought one of these machines - Striker Maintenance. I called, and Steve listened to my problem and said he'd be over in an HOUR. I was amazed.
Steve was early, and was setting up fro the moment he stepped out of the truck. Not only did he assess my situation quickly, but he knew exactly where and how to start. Not only did he jet AND snake from the manhole in the street to the house THREE TIMES, but he also snaked from the house all the way to the street. Then he jetted again, just to make sure! Steve pulled out a mountain of roots, and guess what, the immovable object turned out to be a chunk of cleanout cap broken by one of the and quot;Rooterand quot; companies. I've never had anyone spend as much energy, and give so much service to me as a customer in my life. I really feel I was blessed to have found Steve, a true hardworking professional.
