Person never showed up, and neither he nor the office ever called back.
If you can't them to show some interest when the prospect of money is dangling in front of them, what hope do you have for responsiveness and professionalism when the deal is signed. This was not the only party to take that approach on this job. I was not impressed with the professionalism, and I really wondered about their approach to creating a good feeling on the customer's part.
It was a shame that we couldn't connect, as they have a reputation for good work in our community. However, their actions (or lack thereof) spoke volumes to me.

They were prompt. They were thorough. They offered us options. They did a good job of the remodel and cleaned up perfectly. They also worked on our timeline, which was extremely important to our needs.
