As always, this estimate was presented with fair pricing, a promise of when the work would be completed, and a professionalism that lets me know that the job will be done right the first time. No cutting corners, no hidden charges that show up later, nothing to make me doubt the trust I place in these folks to do things the right way, just like they have been doing for me for the last 15 years. Jeep wouldn't start. Mid-day I called shop to ask if they could look at it that afternoon and they said yes. Had Jeep towed to shop; arrived about 2:15pm. Received estimate within 45 mins and they had already confirmed they could get the part and have it done same day. Work was done within a couple hours. Because I couldn't get back there by closing, I paid via phone and picked it up later that evening.

Excellent. An automobile built in 1954 has it own issues and the folks at Richland Auto Care Center know how to handle those issues.

All work was done and faster then expected. The price was was the same as the estimate. Service is good, fast and friendly. I will continue to use Richland Auto to maintain my vehicles.

I couldn't believe how much it cost! The car still ran rough, I called them to check into it...they wanted to charge another $50. After a long and irritated conversation, they agreed to run diagnostics at no charge. They discovered a faulty spark plug and replaced it at no charge. I felt they were overpriced...I have not used them since.

Towed the car over and left key in drop slot. Car was repaired in 2 working days.
