Our Dog, Studley loves coming to Queensgate and is always excited when we drop him off. Dave and Brandon really work with our Studley on behavior and socialization and we have noticed and great improvement in his listening and behavior. STudley gets great exercise and socialization and is a tired, happy dog when we pick him up. They have play care packages that are very reasonably priced.

We have kenneled our dog, Lillie Mae, frequently over the past 2 years. Having used the same kennel in North Carolina for 10 years we were anxious to find a similar fit here. On recommendation from our neighbor we called and set up an "interview" visit. David and Brandon screen their clients to make sure they are a fit for their kennel and day care. Luckily Lillie passed and has boarded frequently since. Lillie is now 18 years old, deaf and blind, incontinent at times but is carrying on. They have no problem taking care of her special needs and in fact, when we picked her up today she looked better than she did last week when we dropped her off!
We would unconditionally recommend Queensgate Kennel to anyone who cares about the canine members of their family.

I had a car accident 10/13/11, where my car was totalled and I broke my foot. I knew I couldn't care properly for the dog for a few days, so I called Queensgate and they came and picked the dog up at my house the next morning, and kept him until I was able to pick him up. They charged me such a tiny amount when I paid for the boarding, but the owner insisted that was the charge. They did my dog and I such a great service that I had to file this report. They are wonderful folk!

Great! My dog loves this place, and I have over a dozen friends that have taken their dogs to playcare and boarding, and have been delighted with the results. The dogs are tired, but happy, when they come home.

This is the worst place I've delt with. I took two healthy happy dogs and 11 days later I picked up two scared, very sick dogs. One had diarrhea so bad that she almost died from it, plus she had an ear infection. The other dog had a bladder infection. It cost me $334.78 in vet bills and weeks to get them better. The own said that he didn't know that any dog had diarrhea! If you clean up every night and spend any time with the dogs, how can you not know???? This guy says he is with the BBB... he is not. He takes in way more dogs than he can care for and I believe he doesn't take care of them when they are boarded there. I did file a complaint with the BBB. PLEASE! PLEASE! If you care about your dogs, DON"T TAKE THEM THERE!
