Pringles Power Vac

Terrific experience! Scott and AJ arrived promptly as scheduled. Both were very professional and courteous. After a brief site survey and discussion, they quickly and efficiently went to work. Also expertly explained any questions I had. The amount of debris they removed from my HVAC system was astounding, and I've noticed an immediate difference in my central AC performance and lack of dust in the air! After the job, they put everything back together and thoroughly cleaned up. I'm extremely satisfied by the service, and especially with techs Scott and AJ. Great job!

It went very well. Beforehand they called to make some adjustments on the day and time, which were fine with us. They arrived on time and worked hard and did a very good job. It all couldn't have gone smoother.

I needed to have my ductwork and vents cleaned after years of not having any maintenance. Pringles was able to promptly schedule a time for me right after my heat pump installation with a two hour time frame within which they could arrive. On the day of service, Mitch called to let me know a much more specific time of arrival and he also called before they headed out from their last job over to my place. Mitch and Justin were prompt to set up their vacuum system and commence cleaning out my ductwork and vents. It was an interesting process to watch. Both men were friendly, professional and answered any questions I had about the job. They were careful about working around our stuff. When they were done, they quickly removed the equipment and packed everything away leaving no mess behind for me to clean up. I will hire them again for future duct cleanings. As a side note, we had used Pringles for a previous cleaning job when my parents bought a house. There were two wood stoves and a pellet stove to clean and they did that very neatly. They also obtained and put a cap on the chimney of the pellet stove after they noticed it was missing. We hired them for this recent job because of the nice, friendly service we received the first time.

Okay but I was a little disappointed that there was some debris left around after the duct cleaning.

It was quality work. They were right on time and that was really appreciated. They were quick and very professional. They had to come inside but they were unobtrusive as possible. They were very good.

Scott and Chris did a fabulous job being very respectful of my home. They left my home in good shspe, cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Most importantly very reseptivr to my many questions. They did a great job, highly recommended.

I had never had my vents cleaned so they had their work cut out for them. They met the challenge and did a great job. I used them because of Angies list but also they were recommended by a friend.

Loren was the chief operator/mechanic with an assistant who changed a tar covered AC/Heating system 1500 sqft home into a pristinely cleaned system which even a respectable HVAC company (Chinook) mentioned how clean the coils on the inside heat-air-handler was..he were shocked when they took the full air handler panel off and saw how little cleaning he needed to do. Loran is an excellent Pringle representative who knows his job! Thanks Pringle

The process was clean and quick and the workers were professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend them.

I called Pringles from a reference on Angie's List. David was very easy to talk to and explained exactly what his company would do, answering several questions I had and giving me an estimate over the phone. We scheduled Pringles Power Vac to come to a rental we are fixing up to put on the market. I misunderstood the schedule and had written down that they would be at the house at 11:00 and that it would take them 2 hours to do the work. I blocked from 11 to 1 on my schedule. No one showed up at 11, so I called to see if I had the wrong time written down. I had in fact made a mistake and David explained that someone would be there some time between 11 and 1 but that it would only take about 45 minutes to actually do the job.
Shortly after I called David, Loren showed up. He was dressed in an easy to identify uniform with his name labeled on the shirt and was easy to identify. I had another trade at the house at the same time, and Loren (with his award winning smile and helpful personality) quickly accommodated his job to work well with the other trade. Loren was a joy to have at the work site. The other trade was having some difficulties, and Loren quickly jumped up to lend a stabilizing hand. I was impressed with his desire to help out instead of just ignoring that the other job was in some trouble.
Needless to say, my attention was more on the job that was in trouble then it was on Loren, who seemed to know exactly what he was doing and provide his service effortlessly. I did have some questions regarding how often I should have the chimney cleaned and I also asked his opinion of how bad the current chimney status was. He was quick with an answer yet was not overly wordy in his explanations.
When Loren left he left nothing of his work behind. He cleaned everything up, smiled and shook my hand. Very nice guy. I will use Pringles Power Vac again when I need this or any other chimney cleaned - or any additional duct work cleaned. Thanks David and Loren.
