We have only owned our pool for a year and we have learned so much from Premier Pool and their staff. Our pool was crystal clear all Summer and we enjoyed our first year as pool owners tremendously!

The job looked nice when they finished, but when we took off the pool cover the next spring, the bricks were chipping and breaking. The grout that was used did not flex with the weather challenges. We called and called and they finally came out to look at it. After MUCH persuasion, they agreed to fix it. Well, fixing it turned out horrible. They did some sort of trying to smooth off the chipped areas with NO success and filled in the area again with another grout. The outcome was absolutely unacceptable, downright ugly!
We have had NO success with trying to get them to return phone calls, or even see us when we have gone into the office.

Premier Pool did the job in a timely and professional manner. The installers were knowledgable and efficient. The tile is beautiful. It really improved the appearance of my pool. I will use Premier again and I would recommend.
