Exterior Painting
The issues were many: The weather was chilly and he didn't let the undercoat dry long enough, so the top coat skinned over but the paint underneath was still soft. He slopped paint onto the kick plate of the door and onto the house in a number of places. He masked off the porch from the sidewalk, but the result was that the old paint splatters were left on the sidewalk, leaving a messy job. Plus he scammed me out of a new tube of caulk which he didn't use and wouldn't return, substituting a partially-used tube of a different type of caulk that was obviously old. All in all, I'm sorry I hired this man, and I advise you not to hire him either
