During that time, the communication was excellent.  I always felt that the people working in my home were doing the best work that they could and were really trying to get me back into my home as soon as possible.  When things were packed up and taken to their warehouse, they took great care with entire household of collectible items and personal belongings.  Out of all of that, only 1 little thing got broken.  I was highly impressed when I got everything back.  I don't think I could have done better myself.  They did all of that packing in a matter of hours.  The initial clean-up of the water and starting the restoration was like lightning.  They had all of the water out of here within less than 2 hours.  The crew was here at the scene before I got to my house, because my neighbor had called them.  They were just waiting on me to get there to sign the release form, so that they could go to work.

This company is the most customer hostile, slow, inconsiderate business I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I would stongly recommend that you choose another service. Three months into it and far from done.

I contacted NW Restoration and they came out and did an estimate.  They wanted me to have an engineer look at the work that needed to be done which I did for an added $800.00.  They then told me they couldn't guarantee the cracks would not come back but if they did they would work with me until we got them taken care of. They did the repair work and within 30 days the cracks were back.  I have called 3 or 4 times and just a month ago got someone to come back out.  He said he would go back to the office and review my file and get back with me.  Have not heard from anyone as of yet.  I called and left a message for the gentleman to call me back but have not received any acknowledgement back yet.

They do an excellent job.

The worst contractor experience of my entire life.  If I tried to write down all the reasons why I say this, I'd be typing for the next 2 days.

Our roof had work performed by NW in 2011. It leaked in 2012. Dealing with NW on our own without our insurance company resulted in more damage to our roof, stucco damage from the roof, paint on the celing, the wall that was repaired you can see where it was repaired. NW owner Scott was rude and refused to reinburse us for the damages. We had to hire another company to restore the roof and the stucco. NW was not concerned about any of these complaints. We had to hire a professional person to tell us what was wrong with the roof. We have the letter expressing all of our concerns. We have pictures of the roof damage, stucco damage, paint on the ceiling and the original metal on the roof that was damaged. We spent more money that the because we had to restore the house. The above amount was what we had to pay NW.

They had problems solving my problems. It took them a full two months to do the work. I wasn't impressed with the service. I'm not sure I would recommend them. The work looks good, so there haven't been any problems with the work over the past month. I was a little upset that they didn't bring in guys who knew how to roof better. They tried to do it with their general utility people. I think the job needed more of an expert. They could've saved themselves a lot of time. They came in five times to fix the roof. I think it's fixed, and I'm hoping they did a good job. They were responsive to my calls. They were there when they said they were going to be there.
