The price is a little higher than if you went private but they're prices are good. The wait time is about 1 hour or less. It's excellent, I drink a cup of coffee, they're great. They have nice amenities. There's a separate wait time for the kids with safe toys in there.

In the afternoon of 02/23/14, the wife and I picked a used car that would fit our needs. I returned to the sales area at 5:15 PM and had to wait to 9:30 PM before they could start the paperwork with me. I kept nagging them that we need to get going so they offered me movie tickets and Outback meals for waiting. They were told that if we did not start the paperwork by 10 PM that the purchase was off. I did not leave the sales area with completed paperwork until 1140PM.

When we checked in for our service and asked if someone could go through some of the options on the vehicle we were helped right away. We didn't know where the jack was now we do and there was a latch for the gate in the back we did not know how to use and now we do. They performed the services and checked it all out and gave us a thumbs up on our purchase and took copies of all the service records that I had picked up from motoring services where the previous owner had always serviced the vehicle.

It was my first experience with McCurley, and I was impressed. I waited on the car, and it took about an hour. They not only changed the fluids, but told me that my transmission fluid looked a bit burnt and advised me to think about a transmission flush in the near future. They even washed the car for me - pretty good deal for $37!

They gave a good value on my trade in and I have gotten good support from them. It was a good deal and I have bought 4 cars from them.

McCurley is fairly priced. The people there are very helpful and customer-oriented. They under promise and over deliver. Also, the facilities are clean.
