I gave this company terrible grades because they are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I had a pre-appointment for my picture session and no one ever showed. I left multiple messages for over a week and they never returned my calls. After many tries, the owner finally answered the phone. He had many excuses, but no plausible reasons for his company's unresponsiveness. He said that someone really was at our meeting place, but I know that not to be true. Also, if they believed I didn't show, I imagine they would have called me to see where I was at and set up another meeting. Another excuse was that no one was "in the office" the day of our meeting, however it was a cell phone number that I was calling. Then he said they must have had voicemail problems that day (although I left messages on more than one day). I asked for a refund of what I had already paid and was told that there was a 30 day limit. Being that I couldn't get my money back, I agreed to have him send me some information via email. He promised that I would have it that day. It's been almost two weeks and I've still seen nothing. Do not waste your time or money on this business.

Difficult to make a shoot date. They do not have a studio, and no one ever answers the phone. You always get a recording and have to leave a message. They rarely call you back. We had the photo shoot in July, didn't receive the proofs until September, after many calls and emails. Of about 300 pictures taken, only a couple dozen were shown as online proofs. When I wanted to see a hard copy of the proof, I was disappointed in the image quality. They had contrasted it so much that parts were too dark, and others too white. They did finally fix the problem, but only with hours to spare of the required deadline that the photo was needed. Justin, our photographer, speaks very professionally, but did not follow up on our service. I had purchased another shooting because it was a special deal, but I probably won't use it. We have not ordered more prints yet, and quite frankly, they haven't even asked us to do so. This whole time I have wondered if they really even want our business!
