We've used them before. They've always done an excellent job. They came on time. They were here. They did the job and they were gone. It was just as clean as it was when they came. They did a good job. They did the job that they were asked to do. Every time they've been here they've done an excellent job.

I was a little bit disappointed. I wasn't all that thrilled. I think they were having staffing problems. They were short handed and the job took longer than it should have. They rushed out on Friday afternoon not really having done a good cleaning. The price was a little bit high. They are supposed to be the sprinkler king.

After trying to fix one sprinkler riser that came through tree roots I determined that I needed some professional help. Pat came and fixed that problem for me in short order and I can now turn on the water. Yippee. Montgomery will be added to my list of folks who do regular maintenance.

I want to say right out of the gate that this did not include the plants, except the sod.  The plants were $903 (including tax).  We opted to buy the plants ourselves just to spread out the costs a little more.  The nursery that we worked with gave us a 10% discount because of Tim.
Our back yard was a "dandelion haven", it had grass but it was all "clumpy".  Tim's crew came and removed the grass (such as it was) as well as the dandelions.  They reworked the sprinkler system and created a dog-run on the side of our house with crushed rock.  Tim moved some of the sprinklers so that they wouldn't spray on the house.  Curbing was installed in sweeping and artistic  curves around the yard, they brought in river, rock and planted the plants in the beds.  The last thing that they did was to finish off with more river rock and lay the sod.  The crew made sure that I knew how to properly set the sprinklers.  They cleaned up everything and were on their way.  The yard looks like it was always that way, we are extremely pleased. 
The crew took four and one-half days from start to finish.  I would not hesitate to call Tim again.
Just so you know, the question of price, we had no idea how much something like this would cost and we couldn't rate it based on our knowledge.  I'm sure Tim is not the most expensive nor the least.  What I do know is that the job is excellent.
We did come in about $785 under the projected budget so that was a nice surprise at the completion of the work.

After the initial startup, will respond to any sprinkler malfunctions or adjustment needs. I pay an annual fee for maintenance, and am billed additional funds for parts that need to be replaced.

They were very good. They cleaned up terrifically after the service, they didn't leave a mess anywhere. Their product is excellent and looks real good. It was better than i expected. They undercut a lot of nursery beds in town. They did a wonderful job. They are busy, if they say 9 O'clock it may be 9:15.

Tim came very soon after I called (it was EARLY in the season :)). After I showed him all of the sprinkler boxes and connections he immediately knew the best and safest way to accomplish what I wanted. I had had another service person, who works on his own, come out the week prior and he wasn't sure of what to do. Tim knew right away, and gave me a reasonable quote.
Of course his business is VERY busy all of the lawn and gardening season, but he was more responsive than I would have imagined. I will need him back for more actual landscaping next time.
