Specialties Welcome to EFC Equipment Feed and Pet. If your looking for a tractor, lawn & garden outdoor power equipment, quality pet food and supplies or Purina feeds your going to enjoy our store. Are we a farm store? A tractor dealership? A pet store? lawn and garden store? Well, yes all of those and more. From the backyard chicken coop to the everyday farmer and all paths in between. The big difference between EFC and a farm store is that we service what we sell. We have a full service bay and parts department with skilled mechanics. Also we service all brands not just the ones we sell. Not only do we sell the same equipment as the box stores we sell for the same price or less. Plus the new saw or trimmer or anything we sell goes out assembled and ready to use. Need a bag of feed let us carry it to your car, happy to do it!   • They completed the work but they were not timely and did not communicate final cost or completion date.  Had to keep calling to get info on price and time, usually with no real answer until they were done.
I might use them again but only because they are no worst then the other lawn / yard equipment repair places in the tri-cities

"Thank you for your review of EFC Equipment Feed & Pet. We take your feedback seriously and use it to do a better job in the future. I looked up your ticket and it looks like we failed in 3 areas. 1. From your response you were looking to do an estimate first, then repair. We do have a paid estimate service like the other shops in town but we failed to give you that option. It is more expensive but we should have given you the option. Our standard repair ticket is to repair the item and if expensive (a set ceiling price set by you) we call and let you make the decision. we have added a flag that will cue anybody at the counter to ask the customer which route they would like to go. 2. Your trimmer came in on a Saturday and went in the shop on Tuesday. Carburetor was bad and was inexpensive but when ordered was on backorder from the manufacturer. When you asked for a completion time sadly it is impossible to give you a date because backorders are called that because there is no known estimated ship date. We failed to communicate to you what manufacturer backorder meant and that is our fault. We added some definitions to the back of the service ticket to help define things like backorder to make things clearer. 3. It looks like you were looking for daily status updates and we should have noted that on the ticket. Some people want them and that is perfectly fine on the same hand we don't want to bother people who don't want daily calls. We have added a check box on the ticket so we know who does and doesn't want to be called each day. The tough part is when there is no update because of uncontrollable circumstances like backordered parts there just isn't anything to say. Not sure how to overcome that yet but we will work on it. Your carburetor came in 10 days after we ordered it and was installed on your mower the same day. with a repair cost under $100.00-tax. If the parts had been available from the manufacturer it would have only been in our shop 2 days. So I hope you will try us again in the future and thank you again for helping us do a better job for you and others."
