Drain Surgeon

So, I was told by two different rooter companies (both national franchises) that I needed to dig up and replace my lines. The update would have cost more than $10,000, according to what they were telling me. Just to clean it out they were saying some nonsense, like, $1400. I called drain surgeon. They cleaned it out for $153 after tax. I will call them first, from now on.

Went very well have the job done in an hour 200$. I am assuming it was $100 the boss, and a hundred dollars for his helper?

We had a clogged drain that we tried to remove ourselves for three days. I tried three gallons of drain cleaner and tried to snake out the clog using my home size snake.  I finally gave up and called a plumber.  They came right over and had every thing w!orking great in 1/2 hour.  They were thorough in checking things to be sure everything worked again (toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen sink).  They even helped move our washing machine back into its position (I had moved it to put drain cleaner down the drain).  Since I had worked so hard and so long on the clog, I was expecting it would be a tough job for them and they would give me a big bill.   I was so pleased that they got it done right away and the bill was way less than I expected!

Very honest and fair.

Tracey and Eric are the best plumbers in town, and the some of the best people I know. They are honest, trustworthy, and when they perform their work, you know it is being done right and the most economical way possible. My housekeepers had accidentally broken the base of the faucet, Tracey found a replacement piece so that we wouldn't have to get an entire new faucet for the kitchen. Saved us a lot of $$$.

Called for service, their answering service had them call back in about five minutes, they were there in about a half hour and had it unplugged in about 15 minutes. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional I would definitely use them again.

Drain Surgeon provided quick service to unclog a toilet and was able to repair a leaking kitchen faucet, as well. We were pleased with the response and the results of the work done and were satisfied with the amount charged for the service.

Entailed going in crawl space and both men worked together in repairing front faucet and back yard faucet.
No more leaks and new faucets work great!

Also, fixed on another day a water leak in house(Eric was next door working) and fixed the leak that was spraying water all over! Eric did not have to do that as we had no appt and he just happened to be working next door. Great worker!

Super. Came and saw the problem, did a temp repair until they could come back the next day with the right parts to do a permanent fix.
I first used the Drain Surgeon back in the 1990s, but haven't needed a plumber since then. When I found the leak under the house I was happy that I remembered to use them. Work is still as good as it was 20 years ago.

We called at 7:30 AM. We were given a window, which was missed by about 2 hours. However, we have used this company on about 5 occasions and this is the first time they were late, so I have no real complaint. The problem was fixed in about 20 minutes.

Came to house, assessed the situation and got up on the roof and cleared the drain.

My husband and daughter originally tried to fix the leaking hose faucet themselves. They fixed the leak, kind of - no water would come out at all any more! My husband called the Drain Surgeon, and Eric met my daughter at her house the next day. Within 20 minutes, the faucet was replaced and running perfectly. Eric even took the time to remind her to take off the hose in the winter to avoid flooding her house.
Most recently, we called them again to run plumbing pipes from the laundry room to the garage so that she could have a sink in the garage. Eric was the one who came out for the job again, and he was once again professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. He even went inside with her to check the faucet in the laundry room (that she had recently installed herself) for leaks, with no extra charge.
Both we and our daughter are incredibly happy with their service. We will use them every time that we have a plumbing need. They are both nice men, their prices are fair, and they are a locally-owned company, so it supports the local economy.

Son took a shower and ended up with water backing up into lower level. Up laundry room drain, toilet, shower. Tried to snake myself with 50 foot snake...no go. Got on angies list while cleaning up water and called the drain surgeon. Got call back within minutes and showed up within an hour. Snaked it clean to city sewer. No problem any more.

Eric was friendly, professional, and extremely talented. Truly superior and much appreciated performance!
