The front office staff were all friendly and professional. I'm new to the area, so they asked that I bring my cat's vet records one day early so that the vet could review them. The waiting room is clean and spacious. They have a tv playing short well-care videos. I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time. I don't tend to get upset over time slips in that setting, because things come up with other pets, and I would want my vet to be thorough with my pets, even if it meant going over the scheduled time. The vet tech was pleasant and thorough. My cat was seen by Dr. Diana Thome, who was wonderful. I didn't feel like we were on a timer, and she asked questions indicating that she had read my cat's records. She clearly explained her recommended approach, which I appreciated. As I paid, I made an appointment Dr. Thome for a checkup for my dog. The prices were in line with what I've paid in the Midwest. Very happy with my initial visit!

Excellent service!

Veterinary services are not cheap. I've been taking pets there since 1980. One of the vets was new then and I like her very much. I've always gotten excellent service and excellent care for the animals. They are really understanding. One animal died despite the vet staying nights and trying to keep him alive. Another one I had to have put to sleep. They have been very good about that and they have been very realistic in discussing what they can and cannot do and what the costs would be and how much good it would do if the animal was really old. I haven't been to another vet in all this time so I would imagine their prices are quite comparable to others.

They handle all types of animals including cattle. I feel good about their service. The staff is excellent. The price is good.
