They come several times during the summer. Usually one guy comes out, sometimes 2.

I used them for fertilizing, for weed control, pest control. I pay by the year for everything. I pay about $1,000, something like that. They come 4 or 5 times a year, it was the summer months. They used to do pest control, but they don't anymore. Besides the lawn fertilizing they do weed control. They came and fertilized and I didn’t even see them. It was just one person. It takes maybe an hour.

Af first, the price was fair. Then they call you crying poor, want more money. Their workers seem very unhappy and have bad attitudes. They keep coming back too. Read the fine print . I might add, their services did not control the problem 100 percent. There are much lesser companies who provide same services only to do it better. I feel like we got ripped off. Found another company for about 30 percent less. They did a way better job and had a way better attitude.

We used Evergreen a couple of years ago and switched back to Senske because of a misunderstanding. Senske did not work out for us so we used Evergreen last year for lawn and tree care as well as ornamental bed weed control.

The first thing that bothered me was the applications of spray to the fruit trees. The worker had his hose turned on high blast and blasted all the baby plums off one tree and drenched them all.   I caught him the next time around and asked if he could be more careful. He was rude and short tempered.

Even after all the applications there were still bugs in my trees in the front yard. We called and asked the owner Larry to come check it out. It took him three days to return my call and another week before he made it out.   He?s a nice enough man, and sent the guy out to spray again.

I then asked why I still had weeds growing in the places that were hard-scaped. These were not new weeds. I left them hoping each time the guy came he would see them and kill them.  He ignored them. I finally complained enough and was given the excuse that because it had rained the pre-emergent was watered down and did not work. ?Is this my fault??

So they sent him out again a month and a half after my first complaint and he killed them, but they charged me for it.

I told Larry about the rude behavior of the worker and he told me he would have someone else work on our yard.

The final straw came when we mowed our lawn before going on vacation the end of June. He came out and sprayed the lawn.  When we got not all but nearly all the small back yard was dead. And it was the same guy I had complained about.   They said it was because of the dog.

We were gone ten days. The dog was in a kennel. They sprayed the day before we left. The lawn is about 1800 square feet. The house sitter called the kid that mows our yard to turn the water on for more time, thinking either the irrigation was not working or that it was not set properly.

I kicked them out. Told them not to come back. The lawn came back but it took a month of new growth.

He?s been coming for the last few months but it hasn?t gone well; the problem hasn?t been solved. I pay per application. We kept telling him where we thought the ants were coming from and he kept doing work according to what he knows about ants. The ants were in a totally different spot than he thought so now it is a much bigger problem. We feel like we spent a lot of money, he didn?t listen to us, and now we have a huge problem. We?ve been talking about what to do next but I think we are just going to try something on our own. I think the amount we paid for what they did was way too much. They were pretty good about returning calls and answering questions, and he is a very professional guy. He seemed to know what he was doing but apparently he didn?t believe what we were seeing.
