"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for the feedback. As mentioned in your review we are always willing to send back out installers to hear customers concerns. However, in this situation the door was installed properly to manufacture specs and is working as it should. With these doors having such a high energy efficiency rating, the seals are very tight from the factory and after some use eventually sets over time which will make the door a little easier to open and close. As explained in our last visit we can adjust the tolerances to forgo the break-in procedure, however you will lose some of the energy efficiency. We will gladly set an appointment for the manufacturers rep to visit the project and inspect the installation and your concerns.
