ALLIANCE RESTORATION INC

I called Alliance on the recommendation of a friend to deal with snow/rain/ice damage to two exterior walls.  They were prompt in response, provided a detailed estimate for their work and were friendly, competent and thorough in execution.  When it became apparent that damage occured in two locations and that an insurance claim was necessary I was very pleased when my insurance company said they did not need an appraiser to confirm the estimate since they had worked with Alliance often and trusted their judgment.  This expedited the work and Alliance (Steve Hudson) managed the work throughout without further need for me to interact with my insurance company.  After interior restoration it was obvious that I needed contractors to repair the roof at the trouble sites and a stucco contractor to replace moisture damage to the exterior.  Steve Hudson suggested Royal Roofing and Siding for the roof repair and Padilla Masonry Inc. for the stucco repair.  Mike Chavez of Royal Roofing showed me photos of damage that previous roofing contractors had not detected and his repairs included extensive flashing additions.  Dario of Padilla Masonry did an outstanding job of matching the stucco color and completely covered one wall so a "patch" would not be evident.  When Steve Hudson suggested these contractors he gave me the option of working with them directly or having Alliance manage the work.  I was so impressed with Steve and his crew and the seamless way things had been handled with the insurance company that I asked Steve to continue to manage the work.  All work was completed by the three contractors to my complete satisfaction.  I suppose it will require another snow/rain/ice storm to verify the success of Royal's work but judging from the extensive repairs that they made I'm quite confident that my roof issues are over.
