All Wood Floors

In and out in 2 days. Quality very good. Relatively little dust. Baseboards not removed, so minor paint touch-up in a few locations afterwards where sander touched; but we knew that going in and not a problem.

We were very happy with the end result.

The floor look great. They were knowledgeable and efficient and also did a good job. He's willing to help if any problems come up.

It went perfectly: he has the best sanders and buffers, and the dust collection is superb.
He did our living room two years ago, one of our neighbors last year, and fully sanded the dance floor and finished it last year as well. This is a HIGH TRAFFIC area, so we recoated it this year. 
No one has any complaints and would use All Wood Floors in the future, From our experience, you can't go wrong.

Elliott was very professional, easy to work with, and a great communicator. He is clearly very knowledgeable, as he took the time to answer all my questions and helped us fix our wood flooring quickly and at a great price! Elliott was the ultimate professional. He did a wonderful job. The floors look great, hopefully we can get tenants to use area rugs in the future. He started working on a Tuesday and finished on Thursday. On Friday he came back to re-hang all the doors that had to be removed for the refinishing process and to replace all the floor vents. I don't have any "before" pictures of the floor (pretty hard to tell in a picture how beat up they were), but I will post a couple of "after" pictures.

In addition to my comments above, everything went as promised. Since this was a complete repair in an existing home, Elliot and his crew took care of all the surroundings while working in the home. Completely sanded the entire Maple floors and refinished them to brand new. The floors are

I cannot express how VERY happy I am with the results of the work Elliot did. My floors look AMAZING!  Elliott arrived on time everyday, and he was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction when it came down to choosing a finish (gloss vs satin) for my floors. When an unexpected patch job came up Elliot was able to repair it and make it look un-noticeable all for a reasonable rate! He has hands down the best price in town and in my opinion the best work as well!  In all aspects my husband and I were VERY satisfied with All Wood Floors and would recommend them to anybody needing to refinish their hardwood floors. I had seen All Hard Woods Floors work in another home and was impressed. I know the owners of the other home are quite meticulous so I trusted that All Hard Wood Floors would be good.

Elliott was prompt when coming over for the estimate. His estimate was lower than any other quote I had gotten. He did the work in the appointed time and kept me update to date on the progress as we had to be out of the house while the work was being done. He applied an oil based stain ( 2 coats ) and a satin finish. Floors look wonderful ! Very pleased.

We did have to move all of our furniture and cover everything in plastic ourselves and remove all plastic and taping ourselves when he was done. No big deal.

I highly recommend All Wood Floors and would use them again.
