The locksmith showed up right at the scheduled time. The deadbolt installations looks like they are original, and all of the locks still work correctly a month later. They matched the deadbolts to my existing door lock manufacturer. The installer was very friendly and worked promptly. I would use them again.

What a wonderful company to work with. They are pleasant from the office staff to the locksmith performing the work. They are conscientious of time and the money being spent, offering suggestions when applicable to help reduce some cost. I appreciated the communication calling in advance of their coming. Great company.

We left after nearly an hour of watching the guy try to shove the poorly carved key into our doors and ignition. He was rude and became upset when told it wasn't acceptable that the key didn't fit properly. They wanted to charge $50 for labor alone (we took in our own key!). I am not sure that who ever was working that day was qualifiied to do the work that he was doing.

The Watson Security technicial assigned to our job was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He arrived at the site on time and stayed until the job was satisfactorily completed despite the fact that we threw him a couple of 'curves' during the process.

I FEEL THAT THE RENTON KEY SHOP WAS A COMPANY THAT I COULD TRUST FROM THE BEGINNING. THEIR FRIENDLINESS AND THEIR OUTGOING DEMEANOR WAS SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T USUALLY WITNESS AND I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED BY THIS COMPANY.

WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND TO MY SATISFACTION. PRICE WAS A LITTLE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE.
