They were immediately responsive, explained all costs and options, were quick and clean installing, and did a quality job!

They came out quickly to give me a estimate for replacing my 10 year old Rinnai heater. They actually told me NOT to get the additional optional recirculating feature that another company was recommending, due to cost and reliability issues. When Washington Water Heater’s bid came in it was about 40% less than the other guy for the same work and same water heater (minus the recirculating feature)- $5200 vs $9100. They didn’t require any money up front (other guy wanted 50%) and were able to schedule the work for only a few days out (other guy said it could be weeks or months). The showed up on time, did excellent work and even charged me slightly LESS than the original bid because they ended up not needing to install a pump for the condenser.

From the staff I spoke with over the phone to the technician that came, the experience was excellent and trusting. I had a difficult time trying to find the right company that was familiar with my water heater model, I was reassured that Washington Water Heaters had several technicians that knew my water heater model. I had contacted at least 7 vendors, in which 3 responded; however, Washington Water Heaters was the only company that sent someone out that actually looked at and diagnosed my problem. A temporary fixed was completed on arrival and a follow-up a few days later with a new parts. I felt that the service and follow-up from the technician to the staff over the phone was superb! Thanks.

Good experience from beginning to end. My wife and I especially appreciated the good communication. They kept in touch as needed by phone and email, and they showed up when they promised and completed the work promptly and professionally.

Everything was excellent from upfront communication with Toni in the office (professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable) to on-time service call and removal/installation of new tank w/ Steve. Steve even suggested areas of cost savings that would have added to their profit margin but probably not necessary for this installation. I certainly appreciate his honesty and integrity. The installation was fast and efficient and more professional than the original tank install. Hot water back online in less than 2 hours. Rarely does work with subcontractors go perfectly, but I would say that my experience was stellar; no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Washington Water Heaters. And yes, pricing was competitive and honest. Highest recommendation!

They found out the prev. installer did not make should that the attention tank was no pressurize. The water was coming back in and causing the water to over fill. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly.

Right from the start they responded to my inquiry and asked for pictures so they could provide an accurate bid. They were spot on! My technician was on time and super polite. He had the wrong size tank on his truck but he ran out and got the right one within the hour. He replaced the old one in an hour and a half and showed me all the features on the new one. He removed all the debris leaving my place clean. Five star service from start to finish. I would recommend this company and use them again if I needed them.

It took them a couple of days to come and give me an estimate. But they were able to squeeze me in for a same day installment. It went well. I have had the new water heater for several months now with no issues.

I went with Angies deal but end up paying more than that because the techs came to install insisted that they need to replace other items hence more expenses. Ended up paying full price. The techs were not customer friendly.

Service, professionalism, price, quality were all outstanding. I would highly recommend Washington Water Heaters as they were by far the most competitive, ie several hundred dollars cheaper than the other quotes i received and the office staff and the technician were extremely knowledgeable. Not only did the technician answer all my questions, but he made installation suggestions that saved me quite a bit of money. They also were more than willing to come out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. These guys are great and always good to support a small local business!

I selected Washington Water Heaters because they have serviced both my mothers and daughters home heating systems. Both have radiant hot water systems in their homes. Steve Skeen from WA Water Heaters is the only one who thoroughly understood these systems and was able to trouble-shot issues and repair them over the years. Other plumbers or heating companies struggled to understand the systems. I thoroughly trust this firm so turned to them when I needed to replace my hot water tank. Kurt arrived timely, explained things clearly and answered all my questions. He was professional, very thorough and cleaned up when done. I highly recommend this firm.

The company had deceived me and had me go through their service when I went to another store and I got it $500 cheaper. I wasn't too happy with Washington Water Heaters by the dispatcher telling me if "you purchased the water heater from the store, they're just going to call us and we're going to come and install it anyway". That was all fine and dandy, but when I went to the store, because I had to purchase a second water heater for my second home, I got this water heater $500 less. Yes, they did call Washington Water Heaters to come and install it, but I did save $500. So, I was not happy with Washington Water Heaters so I really have nothing good to say about them. I would rate them a "D". Altogether from out of the box, it was about $1600.

It went great! I wasn't able to be home but my retired mom I take care of was. They treated her with utmost respect and did a quality job replacing our broken water heater. Very timely too!

I called and talked to the scheduler and they found a time slot for the next day. They were very thorough in the pre planning in order to get the right type of replacement unit. When the tech showed up he was professional, on time and very friendly. Work was completed as expected and professionally done.

Well on the installation and we are satisfied with the product. Poorly on customer assistance in that they refused to help me with a warranty claim with the manufacturer (Bradford White has assumed responsibility for warranty work on GE Thermal Spring hot water heaters)) that would have paid for most of the cost of replacing the old water heater because they had not installed it. They are a Bradford White dealer and we purchased the new Bradford White water heater from them.

It was a very good experience.  Excellent.  They came in here on short notice.  They were very professional and did the job very close to the dollar value they quoted.  There was some cosmetic damage on the water heater.  They said if they were to take it back and bring one that was intact or they could give you a reduction in price, which they did.

It went very well, The installer did a great job, was friendly and cleaned up after the installation was done. There were extra costs needed on site but this was not really a problem. I would hire them again, although I hope not for a water heater for awhile!

The best services I have of this year. My house is 12 years old and everything is start falling apart. This time i have water heater replacement and luckily i got James came to help replace this heavy appliance. He is such a nice, professional and willing to explain everything i would like to know. There was couple unexpected items pop up during installation (due to old stuff i have), he was very calm and suggest and perform the best solution without extra charge. Thanks James for your help.
