The tech verified the time, was punctual, and very professional. He noted some issues with the current garage door opener bracing and fixed it when he installed the new openers. Afterwards, he made sure that everything was programmed correctly, and that I understood the controls. All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. Most highly recommended.

He inspected the garage door and demonstrated the problem with my door. There was an audible noise from the spring indicating potential problems. He replaced the spring and demonstrated the difference. Good work!

I would have given an A for service but initially when I was scheduled for service, no one showed up. When I called, they couldn't find when I had been scheduled. After rescheduling, the technician was courteous and explained the tuneup process as he worked.

Representative showed up on time. Inspected the garage operation. Explained to me what he was looking at. Basically the rollers, the garage door panels and bolts. The guy said the door was not out of balance. He sprayed something around the wheels and ensured the bolts were tight. Checked the door operation one last time and was done. Took about 15 or 20 minutes.

They came, they did the job, it was quite satisfactory. The main reason I called them was to set up my car. We had bought a new car and we wanted them to setup so the garage opener to work with that. For what they did I would say they did it well. They did excellently. They showed up on time. I would tell others that they came, they did what they were suppose to and left. The worker was fine.

He only spent 10 minutes. He said he sprayed the hinges, etc. and that we can do it ourselves in future. Just get the garage lubricant from HD. What a joke...yes, if that's all it takes to do garage door tune-up, yes, I can handle. I bought the service because my door is loud/squealing and I think needed adjustment. Other tune-ups made the noise go away for years...sound is already as bad as before service 1.5 mo later.
