 + -1 moreFound them through 'the list' so was confident. They said at least 2 weeks. There was a long line of vacs waiting. Mine was ready in 2 weeks and 2 days and works well.
Description of Work: Repaired the automatic go ahead function on my Hoover and replaced a belt and filter. . Replaced the broken 'paw' (turbo tool) ( Could not repair my broken one)

 + -1 moreMY VACUUM WAS THERE FOR ONE DAY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY FIXED THE SUCTION PROBLEM AND THE CANISTER HAD BEEN LOOSE, SO THEY FIXED AS WELL FOR ONLY $14.00.
Description of Work: MY SIX MONTH OLD VACUUM WAS NOT WORKING. EVEN AFTER CLEANING IT AND UNCLOGGING IT.

 + -1 moreVIKING CALLED ME AS SOON AS THEY KNEW THE PROBLEM. IT NEEDED A NEW SLIDE CRANK. LACK OF USE CAUSES THE MACHINES TO NOT WORK AS WELL. THEY DID A PREMIUM SERVICE AND REPAIR FOR ME AND I WAS ABLE TO PICK IT UP IN JUST ONE WEEK. IT SOUNDS AND WORKS PERFECT NOW!
