The quality of work was really poor. The hoses and clips used by the provider ended up messing up our new paint and scratching our newly refinished hardwood floors in a bunch of places. A particular location on our stairs was severely damaged. The hose was leaking super-hot water and severely damaged a section of the stairs that can only be fixed by refinishing the floor again. The baseboard in the same location was also warped due to the hot water.
Venturi did not take ownership for the damages they did to my house. After a lot of follow up from my side they did send someone to check out the damage but never responded to any of my calls after this visit. I will not be using them again.

THEY'RE TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAD THE LATEST EQUIPMENT, USING A TRUCK MOUNT SYSTEM WHICH ALLOWED CARPETS TO DRY FASTER AND COME OUT MUCH CLEANER THAN OTHER SERVICES WE'VE USED.

THE WORKER ARRIVED ON THE AGREED UPON DATE, WHICH WAS ARRANGED DURING A PREVIOUS CALL. THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE OWNER, AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
