BEWARE of Thomson Electrical! We paid him in full after work was started, and he promptly stopped working midway through the project. They will not answer calls or communications to finish work or provide a refund. If you have to hire them, get ALL WORK done before you pay to avoid this scam.

This tiny project went very well.  On time, professional, and good installation.  Switch was replaced in 1 hour.  Only small hick-up was a miscommunication on which day service was to be provided.

Excellent experience from telephone call to conclusion.   Response time was within 3 hours.  Demeanor was friendly and professional.   He also placed a flexible conduit over an exposed ground wire, just to assuage our concern.
He did not charge a dime for any of his services.   (Unbelievable, if you've dealt with electricians.)  What a superb professional and a gentleman.  I gave him an undisclosed amount of money, anyway, for his time and patience.

This was a very good experience.  I called in the morning.  We made an appointment for that afternoon.  Mr Thompson arrived for the appointment on time.  He replaced the broken switch  -  then showed me how and where it was broken.  He was very professional and informative.  He also explained how I could check the other switches in our old house.  Because he finished so quickly, he only charged $100.00 for the job, instead of his usual rates.  I certainly appreciated that.
I highly recommend Thompson Electrical Services.  Robert Thompson is friendly, professional, thorough, and professional.

We called Thompson's because of a favorable review on Angie's list, and I have to agree with them. Thompson's is a family-owned business and they seem to care about their reputation. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. They did a great job, and their prices were competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

They were excellent, prompt, and professional. They went beyond the call of duty and were very nice. They gave me instructions on how to change light switch so that I wouldn't have to call an electrician to do it. I thought that was remarkable. When he pulled out my fridge to check an outlet, he noticed a leak and so he took the cover off of the back of fridge to check it out and gave me advice on how to fix it. They were great!
